Custom Stair Craft’s products have routed-in treads and risers which result in greater strength. When installed properly, there are no squeaks. The innovative design creates stair stringers made of 5/4″ stock material routed for treads and risers. The stair stringer additionally serves as a skirt board. Stringer materials commonly used are #2 southern pine or solid oak. Be sure to inquire about other woods, such as maple, Brazilian cherry, etc. that are available upon request.
